Brown County Winery invites you to be a part of our new Wine Club! Members will receive shipments of favorite and new Brown County wines at discounted prices with member-exclusive perks!

As a member of a Brown County Winery Wine Club, you will receive 3 releases throughout the year consisting of 3 bottles, each 15% off the normal price! That is a total of 9 bottles a year at better than case discount. The 3 wines will be selected by the Brown County Winery team and club members can add bottles to each shipment, if desired. The selected wines will be based on what club you join; Dry, Variety, or Sweet. Any new wines crafted by our winemakers will be in the next club release after it is bottled, guaranteed! The three shipments will have approximate release dates of February, May, and August.
Club members may choose to pickup the wine at the winery in Brown County or pay for the wine to be shipped directly to you. Members will receive e-mail notifications before the club release is set to ship. Members can change the shipping address, choose pickup, and change credit card information before the shipment is sent. Wine club shipments are not available in every state.

In addition to the regular wine shipments, wine club members will get even more benefits! Club members receive 10% off all merchandise in our tasting rooms (exclusions apply). Each member will also get 4 coupons for a FREE glass of wine to use at the winery on Highway 46. Wine club members will get exclusive discounts on future shipping sales.
During the holiday season, wine club members will receive a 15% off discount to use on any wine they would like! This is an optional perk that members can choose to use and not a required fourth shipment.

Brown County Dry Wine Club
We will choose from our dry and semi-dry wines for each club release. We will highlight new vintages of our classic wines and any new grape varietals.
Brown County Variety Wine Club
This club is for the people who like all types of wines and want to try new wines. We will include our favorite wines of the moment, no matter where they fall on the spectrum.
Brown County Sweet Wine Club
For all of the sweet wine lovers, we will choose from our best sweet wines, including our 100% fruit wines.

Each club release will follow the same general schedule. Each release will process on a Monday by charging members’ credit cards, packing all of the wine, and pick up by UPS. Any additional bottles added to the release, and any changes to the order, must be made the Sunday before.
The wine club release date will be announced approximately 3 weeks before release via e-mail and will be posted on this page. Club members should double check their information at this time. 10 days before the release day, the wines for each club will be announced and members can add wines to their order, up to the Sunday before release.

Wine club memberships can be cancelled after a member receives at least two (2) club releases. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged if membership is cancelled before two releases.

All wine shipments are made via UPS. Someone over the age of 21 must be present at delivery to sign for the package. Members can choose any address for shipping, including businesses and UPS Access Points. UPS Access Point shipping is encouraged as members have much more flexibility to receive their order. UPS will attempt to deliver the wine three (3) times before sending the box back to the winery. Members will be required to pay for return shipping if the box is not delivered. Members can also choose to pick up wine club releases at the winery (4520 State Road 46 E Nashville, IN 47448). Tell the tasting room staff your name and that you are here to pick up the wine club release. Members can choose to change between pickup and shipping or change the shipping address for any individual release after the release is announced.
Shipping Information
Delivery Information - Someone 21 years or older must sign for the wine package when it arrives. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times before sending the order back to the winery. Wine can be shipped to a business or UPS Access Point for easier pickup. When placing an order, you can select a 'Hold Date' for when the box will be shipped from the winery. Use this option to make sure someone is available to sign for the wine when it arrives at its destination.
Pickup Order - Wine is available for pickup at the winery in Gnaw Bone. Call us directly or order above and select pickup during checkout. For large pickup orders, please call the winery during business hours to place your order.
VinoShipper - All online orders are completed using VinoShipper. You can create an account for faster processing of future orders.
UPS Shipping Info
Wine Shipping Time - We ship out wine every weekday (minus most holidays) and do not ship on weekends. Any order received on a weekend will be packed and shipped on Monday. To determine an estimated delivery date, please view the UPS Ground map using 47448 as the Shipped From zip code.
We will do our best to pack any order received in the morning and early afternoon so it can be shipped the same day. Any order received in the evening, will be packed and shipped the next day. UPS does not deliver or transit packages on weekends, therefore Friday to Monday is considered one day of transit.
UPS Shipping Class - If you are shipping to Indiana, select UPS Ground and the package will arrive the next day after the it is shipped from the winery. There is no need to pick Next Day Air or any other more expensive shipping option. For other states, faster shipping options may provide some benefit.
